Job summary

Oyster is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and automate the revenue stack, connecting CRM, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and data warehouse. You will implement AI-driven workflows that enhance prospect research, outreach, and buying-signal alerts across a live system.

You will own production pipelines, reverse-engineer existing processes, and ensure data quality while scaling. Remote-friendly, with a focus on efficiency and measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM engineering, Revenue operations, or related role.
• Proven examples of solutions that drove measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience owning production workflows: error handling, retries, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the GTM stack and define CRM objects, fields, and routing.
• Integrate systems end-to-end across CRM, enrichment, outbound, and marketing platforms.
• Ship AI-driven GTM workflows for research, outreach, and signals.
• Improve and evolve commercial processes beyond just installing Tech & AI.
• Build automated data waterfalls to route data into the CRM.
• Land changes through migration plans with minimal pipeline disruption.
• Define metrics for each workflow and monitor output quality.
• Maintain a compliant, scalable stack with proper monitoring and alerts.
• Collaborate with GTM to translate goals into technical solutions.
