Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Process & Automation Manager to lead the design and automation of North American sales processes. You will shape how Salesforce, Gong, and other systems are configured, drive adoption, and partner with Enablement to ensure training lands effectively.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations. You will collaborate with BDRs, AEs, managers, and leaders to identify friction, build automated solutions, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with a track record of improving processes and driving adoption.
• Experience mapping end-to-end workflows across multiple tools and removing steps via automation or integration.
• Hands-on building with Salesforce and Gong; familiarity with AI agents or internal tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover process frictions by engaging with BDRs, AEs, managers, and leaders across Mid-Market and SMB.
• Scope problems with baselines, success metrics, and impact estimates; prioritize by time saved and reps affected.
• Recommend options and present trade-offs with GTM leadership; align owners and timelines.
• Build automations in n8n and configure Salesforce and Gong to support the designed process.
• Drive adoption with in-system guardrails, training, and manager inspection routines.
• Measure adoption, consistency, and outcome metrics; report to RevOps leadership.
• Iterate based on feedback and adoption data; continuously refine or retire solutions.
