ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to shape and operationalize go-to-market programs that drive pipeline, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs, then measure and iterate on what works. Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Ops, sales strategy, or related fields in B2B SaaS or logistics.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational programs with clear structure.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Salesforce reporting; familiarity with Gong/Outreach/Databricks/Tableau is a plus.
• MBA required or strongly preferred; experience in consulting, finance, or high-growth startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM program calendar; design, launch, and manage cross-functional programs across pipeline generation, new logo, expansion, and partner motions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define segment-level plays and operationalize in Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Claude, or other tools; ensure reps have right motion at the right stage.
• Build program measurement frameworks; define metrics, track in Salesforce and Databricks, deliver regular performance readouts to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Oversee quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles with Revenue Ops, Finance, and GTM leaders, including headcount modeling and capacity planning.
• Lead strategic projects like ICP refinement, territory design, and GTM model evolution.
• Act as a connective layer between Marketing, Enablement, GTM Eng, and Sales; ensure programs are activated and optimized across the funnel.
• Support board- and exec-level reporting on ROI, pipeline health, and initiative progress.
• Other duties as necessary.
