ShipBob is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations and field execution. You will own designing, operationalizing, and continuously improving GTM programs that drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, and revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to translate strategy into structured programs, measure outcomes, and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, RevOps, sales strategy, investment banking, or management consulting; B2B SaaS or logistics exposure is a plus.
• Strategic concepts translated into operational programs with clear structure.
• Excellent analytical skills; experience with Salesforce reporting; familiarity with Gong, Outreach, and BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to design and measure GTM programs.
• Own the GTM program calendar and drive cross-functional launches across pipeline and expansion.
• Define segment plays with Sales and implement in systems like Salesforce.
• Build program measurement frameworks with metrics in Salesforce and Databricks.
• Lead quarterly and annual GTM planning with headcount and capacity modeling.
• Support board-level reporting on ROI and pipeline health.
