ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy and Programs Manager to drive pipeline generation, sales productivity, and revenue growth at the intersection of Revenue Operations and field execution.

You will design, operationalize, and continuously improve cross-functional GTM programs, owning the calendar and ensuring the right plays, measurements, and cadence across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations or sales strategy in B2B SaaS or logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into operational programs with structured frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Design and operationalize go-to-market programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Define and manage the GTM program calendar across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales leadership to implement plays and scalable motions in CRM.
• Build measurement frameworks and report ROI and pipeline health to RevOps and GTM leadership.
• Lead quarterly and annual GTM planning with Finance and field leaders.
