Job summary

Scribe is hiring in the US for a role that will own how GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) operate day-to-day. You will map workflows, redesign processes, and build tools for managers to inspect adoption. You will run new-hire onboarding end to end and drive adoption when product or pricing changes occur.

The role supports a remote US or hybrid setup out of our San Francisco HQ, with equity for all full-time employees and opportunities to shape scale across a fast-growing GTM function.

Qualifications

• Experience as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to redesign broken workflows and specify the fix instead of documenting the mess as-is.
• Understanding of Salesforce and GTM systems; able to brief a systems team precisely.
• Experience running onboarding or training cohorts end-to-end.
• Comfort conducting training sessions and office hours for large groups of field reps.
• Regular use of AI-native tools and dogfooding your own product.

Responsibilities

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and their managers.
• Design the task, queue, and report experience to be consistent across pods.
• Build the manager inspection layer for cadence-based adoption checks.
• Run onboarding cohorts end-to-end from logins to ramp milestones.
• Own adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling changes occur.
