Job summary

sunday is hiring a Global GTM Enablement Lead to own enablement execution for an expanding US sales org. You will run coaching cadences, onboarding programs, and playbook adoption, translating RevOps changes into practical training and ensuring field-wide effectiveness.

You’ll own workshops, 1:1 coaching, and certifications, collaborating with Sales Directors and the US CRO to define what great enablement looks like as we scale, with a hybrid in-person/remote setup in major markets.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of enablement experience from a high-velocity, early-stage company.
• At least 1 year in a sales role (BDR/AE or similar).
• Demonstrated adoption-driving mindset with measurable impact.
• Comfort with data: pull and interpret activity and pipeline data in Salesforce, Metabase, and GTM stack.

Responsibilities

• Ramp performance: reduce time-to-first-opportunity and time-to-full-productivity across cohorts.
• Coaching infrastructure: run live workshops, 1:1 coaching, and certifications.
• Training content: build onboarding curricula, objection-handling guides, demos, and process docs.
• Sales playbook: maintain and drive adoption of playbook and cadence.
• Process enablement: translate new tooling/workflows into field-ready training.
• MEDDPICC rollout: own rollout and certification across AE cohorts.
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinate with US GTM Lead for current processes.
• Enablement metrics: report completion rates, scores, ramp benchmarks, and pipeline impact.
