Job summary

Scribe is seeking the first owner of how every AE, BDR, CSM, and SE actually does their job day-to-day, aiming to unify workflows across pods. You’ll map real workflows, redesign gaps, and build a layer for managers to inspect adoption to accelerate onboarding for new hires, no matter the pod you join.

You’ll lead onboarding cohorts end to end, drive adoption during pricing or tooling changes, and partner with GTM Systems to codify fixes. This role sits at the core of scaling our GTM org.

Qualifications

• Operated as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Can redesign broken workflows and specify fixes for GTM systems without rebuilding from scratch.
• Brings hands-on onboarding or training program experience across GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and their managers.
• Design the task, queue, and report experience to standardize workflows across pods.
• Build a manager inspection layer to monitor adoption on a defined cadence.
• Run onboarding cohorts end to end, from logins to first workflows and ramp milestones.
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts.
• Re-architect broken workflows with precise specifications for GTM Systems.
