Job summary

Scribe seeks a dedicated GTM Enablement Owner to map how AEs, BDRs, CSMs, and SEs actually perform their roles day-to-day. You will redesign workflows, create a manager inspection layer, and lead onboarding for new hires to ramp quickly.

As the first owner of enablement across GTM, you’ll coordinate with stakeholders, leverage AI-native tools, and drive adoption of changes across the field. This is a remote-friendly, high-impact role based in the US.

Qualifications

• Has operated as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• Able to design and specify fixes for broken workflows rather than just documenting current state.
• Understands Salesforce and related GTM systems well enough to brief a systems team precisely.

Responsibilities

• Map the day-to-day workflows for GTM roles (AE, BDR, CSM, SE) and leaders.
• Design the task, queue, and reporting experience to standardize workflows across pods.
• Build the manager inspection layer to monitor adoption on a defined cadence.
• Run onboarding cohorts end-to-end from logins to ramp milestones.
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, or tooling shifts.
• Re-architect broken workflows with precise specs for GTM Systems to implement.
• Assist frontline support and case queue to identify where reps get stuck.
