Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a Senior Enablement Leader to architect and run our GTM enablement program with a charter everyone agrees on. You will own onboarding, certification, and the cadence to adapt as the product evolves.

You will drive adoption of MEDDPICC and train managers to coach it daily, while selecting AI-native GTM tools and ensuring field usage, content adoption, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement.
• Experience designing measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on fluency with LMS, Gong, Clay, Claude, and related tools.
• Experience with a sales methodology framework (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Author Sysdig’s enablement charter and operating model with leadership sign-off.
• Own onboarding and certification framework for GTM roles; establish recertification cadence.
