Job summary

Apollo GraphQL is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to translate technical concepts into field-ready language and own the strategy, content, and delivery that equip AEs, SEs, and CSMs to sell and support Apollo’s customers. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Field leadership to accelerate ramp and improve retention.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enablement strategy end-to-end for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
• Partner with RevOps to define field productivity baselines and leading indicators.
• Build onboarding programs to minimize ramp time for new field ICs.
• Lead GTM readiness for major product releases with Product Marketing.
• Translate shipping technical details into non-technical customer-facing narratives.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and measure impact with feedback loops.
• Incorporate AI to accelerate content creation and insights from tools like Gong.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to get assets built and adopted.
