Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. This hands-on role blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations that tell sellers exactly when to act.

You will shape data-driven processes, manage target-account data, and report weekly on outcomes such as meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals accelerated. Daily use of generative AI inside automations is expected, with Claude preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail.
• Build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain target-account data and enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test and scale new channels that move pipeline.
