Job summary

BairesDev in the United States is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. You will design and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail, coordinating with the sales owner for each target.

You will build and optimize automations that trigger actions, enrich data, and guide sellers using AI tools within CRM workflows, with a strong focus on measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in collaboration with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger-based workflows and data enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail in coordination with sales owners.
• Build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to take action.
• Maintain data behind programs, including target accounts and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
