Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to be the closest partner to US-based sales teams, building ABM programs and AI-powered automations that tell sellers when to act. This role blends account-based campaign execution with data-driven automation to accelerate deals.

You will execute multi-channel campaigns, map processes, maintain target account data, and report outcomes weekly. Join a remote, global team focused on impactful growth and career development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales alignment.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal triggers, enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years with US-based commercial teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail) including email sequences & LinkedIn.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools in automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail with sales ownership.
• Map processes and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched records in CRM.
• Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those moving pipeline.
