Job summary

BairesDev, a global tech solutions company, is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist who partners with US-based sales leaders. This is a hands-on role that blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations to tell sellers exactly when to act.

You will design multi-channel ABM programs across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, while automating signal-based workflows and maintaining target account data in CRM portals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on, multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email, LinkedIn, Ads, or direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI or LLM tools inside automations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns for target and existing accounts with sales ownership.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that trigger seller action.
• Maintain data behind programs: target accounts, buying committees, enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue impact.
• Test new channels and scale effective plays to move pipeline.
