Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. This hands-on role blends ABM campaign execution with AI-powered automations to drive new deals and account expansion. You will implement signal-based workflows and data enrichment to alert sellers when to engage.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining target account lists, enriching CRM data, and measuring impact across regions. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running account-based marketing (ABM) programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail/gifting).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred).
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail with sales owners.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain data behind programs, including target lists and enriched records in CRM portals.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals, and revenue influenced.
• Test new channels/plays and scale those that move pipeline.
