Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing partner to drive account-based campaigns and AI-powered automations for US-based sales teams. You will design multi-channel programs, maintain target lists, and report on pipeline impact.

The role blends campaign execution with building intelligent automations that trigger seller actions, using tools like Claude in daily workflows. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams, including target accounts and pipeline reporting.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on in multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels; emails and LinkedIn required.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLMs inside automations (Claude preferred; others accepted).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales coordination.
• Map processes and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain the data behind programs: target lists, buying committees, enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
