BairesDev seeks a Growth Marketing professional to partner with US-based sales teams. You will run account-based campaigns and build AI-powered automations that tell sellers when to act.

Daily work includes mapping processes, enriching data, and coordinating channels like email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail, with a strong emphasis on data-driven results and revenue impact. Candidates should have 2+ years of ABM experience, automation builds, and hands-on use of generative AI inside marketing

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years running ABM programs in collaboration with sales or account management.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot or Salesforce workflows.
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI or LLMs inside automations.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail in coordination with sales.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target lists and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to leaders on meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move the pipeline.
