Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to partner with US-based sales teams and build AI-powered automations that guide sellers on when to act. You will manage ABM programs across multiple channels and maintain enriched CRM data.

Daily work involves implementing signal-based workflows, collaborating with account teams, and expanding pipeline with three or more channels while using generative AI tools inside automations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes and build automations to alert sellers when to act.
• Maintain target account data and enrich CRM records.
• Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
