Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in the U.S. is seeking a GTAC engineer to deliver remote technical support for the HPS System and Infrastructure. You will work as part of a global team and may visit customer sites for critical investigations.

You will report directly to the Sr. Application Engineer Supervisor and operate on a remote work schedule, with responsibilities spanning problem resolution, knowledge sharing, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• At least 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.
• Experience delivering remote GTAC support and adhering to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support & services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timing.
• Comply with GSM documentation and customer communication processes.
• Maintain case documentation and follow-up to resolve issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries efficiently and accurately, meeting SLA.
• Maintain proactive communications with customers.
• Participate in meetings with Honeywell affiliates.
• Stay current with HPS product portfolio and Experion PKS line.
• Share knowledge with team via knowledge articles.
• Support follow-the-sun in Global TAC or After-Hours.
• Collaborate with Honeywell Developers to resolve issues.
• Detect and report product defects.
