Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer for the HPS Technical Support line. You will deliver remote support, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues with a focus on Experion PKS products.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in electronics, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN (Total Plant Solutions and Total Plant Network) product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
Report to regional stakeholders.
Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timing.
Comply with GSM processes for documentation and customer communication.
Maintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure technical recommendations resolve issues.
Respond to high volume inquiries promptly, meeting or exceeding SLA for response and resolution.
Maintain proactive communications with customers and provide frequent updates.
Support Honeywell affiliates by participating in meetings with customers.
Stay current with the HPS product portfolio and specialize in Experion PKS Client/Servers.
