Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Maintain and update case documentation and ensure timely customer communications.
• Resolve customer issues within SLA and provide proactive updates.
• Share knowledge with team through periodic knowledge articles.
• Support follow-the-sun operations within Global TAC as needed.
• Coordinate with Honeywell Developers to resolve customer issues.
