Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a GTAC engineer to deliver remote technical support for the HPS System and Infrastructure portfolio. You will work in a global team, resolve complex customer issues, and may visit customer sites for critical investigations.

Strong documentation and proactive communication are essential. You will report to the Sr. Application Engineer Supervisor and operate on a remote work schedule, supporting global customers while maintaining up-to-date expertise on

Qualifications

6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN products and related architecture, including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.
Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote support and services effectively.
Execute GTAC and standard audit checklists and report to regional stakeholders.
Proactively manage customer questions and issues within SLA timelines.
Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-ups with technical recommendations.
Communicate proactively with customers and Honeywell affiliates, including follow-the-sun support when needed.
Stay current with Honeywell HPS portfolio and share knowledge with the team.
