Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a GTAC engineer to deliver remote technical support for the HPS System and Infrastructure line. You will work with a global team, resolve customer issues, and communicate within SLA while site visits may be required for critical investigations.

You will report to the Sr. Application Engineer Supervisor and join a team focused on knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across Honeywell developers and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timings.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and ensure technical recommendations resolve issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries accurately, meeting SLA targets.
• Communicate proactively with customers with frequent updates.
• Supports Honeywell affiliates by participating in meetings with customers.
• Keep current with the HPS product portfolio and knowledge on Experion PKS Client/Servers.
• Share knowledge with the team through knowledge articles.
• Support follow-the-sun coverage within Global TAC or After‑Hours Emergency Support.
