Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. GTAC Engineer to deliver remote customer support for the HPS System and Infrastructure lines. You will work with a global team, handle high-volume inquiries, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

You will report to the Sr. Application Engineer Supervisor and may visit customer sites for critical investigations. Remote work schedule offered from a global team environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree as specified in the You Must Have section.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS/TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support & services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timing.
• Comply with GSM documentation and customer communication processes.
• Maintain case documentation and ensure technical recommendations resolve issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries with accurate updates and SLA compliance.
• Maintain proactive communications with customers and provide frequent updates.
• Support Honeywell affiliates in meetings with customers.
• Stay current with HPS product portfolio and Expert on Experion PKS Client/Servers.
• Share knowledge with team via knowledge articles.
• Support follow-the-sun GTAC/After-Hours scenarios.
• Collaborate with Honeywell Developers to resolve issues.
