Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior GTAC Engineer for the HPS System and Infrastructure line. This remote role involves delivering remote support, executing GTAC, and reporting to regional stakeholders while collaborating with global teams.

The position may require travel for critical site investigations. You will maintain knowledge of the Experion PKS Client/Servers portfolio and share findings with the team, contributing to strong customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Ability to deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Ability to execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists.
• Report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input accurately and within SLA timing.
• Comply with all GSM processes for documentation and customer communication.
• Maintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure that technical recommendations resolve customer issues.
• Respond to high volume inquiries efficiently and within SLA.
• Maintain proactive communications with customers and provide updates.
• Support Honeywell affiliates by participating in meetings with customers.
• Keep current with the HPS product portfolio and Experion PKS line.
• Share knowledge with team via knowledge articles.
• Support follow-the-sun in Global TAC or After-Hours Emergency Support.
• Work with Honeywell Developers to resolve issues.
• Detect and report product defects in current discipline.
