Cardwell Beach is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new conversations and opportunities for our growing marketing agency. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for someone who thrives in independent work and relationship-building.

You’ll research potential opportunities, reach out via email/phone/LinkedIn, schedule discovery meetings, and collaborate with an entrepreneurial team to drive growth and referrals while maintaining organized

Qualifications

Ability to manage your own schedule and stay accountable.

Responsibilities

Research industries, businesses, and potential opportunities.
Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
Start conversations and identify businesses that may be a fit for our services.
Schedule discovery meetings for our leadership team.
Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
Track outreach activity and notes inside our CRM.
Collaborate with our internal team on outreach strategies and growth ideas.
Help generate referrals, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Stay organized and consistent with communication efforts.
