Cardwell Beach is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to generate new conversations and opportunities for our marketing agency. This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work from home while building client relationships.

You will research industries, reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking; schedule discovery meetings; maintain CRM notes; and collaborate with the team on outreach strategies.
