Qualifications

• Professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or related domain.
• Strong bias toward action—ship a prototype and iterate.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar) with real shipped automations.
• Salesforce familiarity, including data model and CRM automation.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs—REST, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, error handling.
• Owner mindset—questioning if problems are solved the right way.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
• Active engagement with AI space and workflows built using LLMs like Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
• Strong written and spoken English; willingness to work US Pacific overlap hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage GTM motions to transform first, in partnership with marketing.
• Build and ship automations with Zapier and n8n, taking prototypes to production.
• Own enrichment strategy—ICP segmentation and scoring, lead routing, and signal-to-action workflows.
• Design and run multi-channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing and automated enrichment.
• Support ABM and paid media—audience targeting, suppression, and match-rate workflows.
• Use AI to scale organic and inbound demand, improving brand surface in search and AI-generated answers.
