Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect systems powering our commercial engine. You’ll design data models, ship automations, and build AI agents to scale GTM tasks without linear headcount growth.

Collaborating with the GTM Engineering Lead and broader GTM Systems team, you’ll drive data governance, architecture standards, and resilient integrations across tools like HubSpot, n8n, and Segment to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical RevOps or GTM Engineering role.
Architect mindset with data schemas and API endpoints.
Expert-level HubSpot technical knowledge (advanced workflows, custom objects).
Orchestration fluency with n8n/Workato and data tool integrations.
Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
Experience standing up net-new systems and data models.
Strong data governance and ownership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end technical architecture for assigned motion including data model and automation.
Build AI agents that autonomously perform GTM tasks rather than single-step calls.
Run experiments: ship fast, measure impact, iterate or kill based on data.
Evaluate GTM stack and recommend consolidations or upgrades.
Document the system with a governance-aware data schema map.
Ensure resilience with monitoring and self-healing automations.
