demandDrive in the United States is seeking a GTM Engineer to diagnose go-to-market challenges and build scalable automation solutions for diverse clients.

You will own client relationships, design AI-powered automations, integrate CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), and create end-to-end workflows across the buyer journey with cross‑functional teams.

Hybrid or remote options are available; annual salary range is $105,000–$115,000 with health and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Clay power user with multi-step enrichment workflows and API integrations.
• Ability to design AI-powered automations and scalable workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM data flows and lifecycle in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with clients and translate goals into GTM solutions.
• Build multi-layer Clay workflows pulling from enrichment providers and data sources.
• Design AI-powered automations for research, personalization, routing and qualification.
• Integrate CRM platforms and outbound tools into cohesive systems.
• Create end-to-end buyer journey workflows from signal to renewal.
