Job summary

Suger seeks a GTM Engineer to scale demand generation with data-driven systems, intelligent automation, and growth infrastructure. This isn’t a traditional engineering role—it’s a high-impact position at the intersection of code, data, and go-to-market execution, serving as the technical backbone of our growth team.

You’ll own and operate the GTM automation engine, scraping, transforming data into real-time actions across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in data engineering, growth engineering, or related tech roles.
• Fluent in Python and SQL; API and scraping tools are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with GTM systems like Clay and Salesforce.
• Experience with email marketing and automated outreach.
• Familiarity with OpenAI’s API and content automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the GTM automation engine across email, SDR, and web engagement.
• Prioritize and drive an OKR-aligned technical backlog for growth.
• Build outbound triggers and personalized sequences at scale.
• Develop tools that generate personalized content using OpenAI and APIs.
• Model and visualize GTM data through dashboards to find growth opportunities.
• Create internal tools with Python/SQL/JavaScript to speed GTM experiments.
• Maintain integrations with Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and Segment.
