Job summary

Suger is seeking a GTM Engineer to scale demand generation with data-driven systems and automation. You’ll serve as the technical backbone of our growth team, building tools to turn data into action across the GTM stack and integrating Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and Segment.

This is a foundational, high-impact role in a Series A startup. You’ll own the GTM automation engine, develop personalized outbound content, and visualize data to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a data/growth engineering or similar role.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; bonus for JavaScript, APIs.
• Hands-on GTM and marketing systems experience (Clay, Salesforce).
• Experience with email marketing and automated outreach.
• Familiarity with OpenAI’s API for content generation/automation.
• Speed bias and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the GTM automation engine for email, SDR outreach, and web engagement.
• Manage a technical GTM backlog with an OKR-driven roadmap.
• Build outbound and email marketing triggers and automated sequences.
• Develop tools using OpenAI APIs to automate content creation and enrichment.
• Model and visualize GTM data through dashboards and queries.
• Develop internal tools and scripts to accelerate GTM experiments.
• Maintain and extend GTM integrations with Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and Segment.
