Job summary

ABB is seeking a Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment, to develop and manage the account strategy with focus on wallet share, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve issues while contributing market insights on pricing trends.

This role supports cross-ABB collaboration and can be remote in the US. The position reports to the Segment Manager and requires 15+ years in sales, including at least 5 years in the Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions.
• Ability to work cross functionally across other business areas and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to engage across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%).
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and revenue targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies and identify risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve customer problems.
• Provide input on market price developments and tendencies.
