Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment to lead account strategy, drive share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve customer issues while inputting on market price trends.

This role supports cross-functional ABB teams globally with a remote work model and regular domestic/international travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.
• Ability to work cross functionally across other business areas and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills and a relationship-first mindset. Communicate with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and resolve specific customer problems.
• Provide input on market price developments and tendencies; contribute across ABB's business areas.
