ABB is seeking a Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment, to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and manage resolution of customer problems.

The work model is Remote, with ABB's business areas collaborating globally. This role requires strong communication and cross-functional leadership, and involves ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years selling in Data Center segment.
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across other business areas and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills and a relationship-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.
• Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, value-adding solutions.
• Coordinates sales activities, monitors current projects, and manages resolution of customer problems.
• Contributes input on market price developments and tendencies.
• Contributes across ABB's business areas globally.
