Job summary

ABB is seeking a Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment, to develop and manage the account strategy aimed at share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve customer issues while inputting market price trends.

You will contribute across ABB's global business areas. The role offers a remote work model with global collaboration opportunities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years sales experience with at least 5 years in Data Center segment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~25%).
• Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems.
• Provide input on market price developments and tendencies.
