Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will manage the Position Tracking System, coordinate with the contingent labor vendor, and support audits and reporting. This remote role requires DoD compliance, a Bachelor's degree, and HR experience with compensation data.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required by the DoD contract.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts.
Provide timely responses to requests for information from HR Business Partners.
Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
Collaborate with the HGB pricing team on staffing models and proposals.
Manage the HGB Position Tracking System and related reporting.
Maintain relationship with the contingent labor vendor and coordinate onboarding of temporary workers.
Support special projects assigned to the team.
