Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business (HGB) and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

Responsibilities include managing the Position Tracking System, auditing with government agencies, guiding on Service Contract Act requirements, and coordinating with a contingent labor vendor. The role is remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship per DoD contract.
• HGB not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico due to government contract.
• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Respond to HR Business Partners with information requests in a timely manner.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacant positions in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models and cost proposals.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Support contingent labor vendor relations and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Procurement on contracts with government vendors.
