Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business with Human Resources, ensuring contract compliance and accurate staffing and labor cost proposals. You will oversee the Position Tracking System, coordinate with the contingent labor vendor, and assist with audits and reporting.

The role operates remotely with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET schedule. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years HR/payroll experience are required; salary ranges from $59,300

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

• Serve as liaison between Humana Government Business and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HRBPs requests for information.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements and support audits.
