Qualifications

• DoD contract requires U.S. citizenship and ability to work on Government projects.
• Three years of HR experience with compensation and handling confidential data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System and produce timely monthly reports.
• Manage relationships with the contingent labor vendor and coordinate onboarding of temporary workers.
