Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 for a remote role under the Humana Government Business (HGB) segment. You will liaise between HGB and Human Resources to ensure government contract compliance, develop staffing models, and support labor cost proposals.

You will participate in agency audits, manage the HGB Position Tracking System, and produce routine and ad hoc reports from Workday payroll and other sources. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position on the DoD contract.
• Cannot hire candidates living in Puerto Rico under the government contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to HR information requests.
• Advise Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Post vacancies in Workday in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly staffing reports and analytics.
• Support HGB by generating ad hoc reports from multiple systems.
• Maintain relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and timecard approvals.
• Work with Corporate Procurement on contracts; evaluate vendors for government contracting.
• Assist with special team projects.
