Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to act as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring contract compliance and accurate staffing cost proposals.

You will support audits, manage the position tracking system, and coordinate onboarding of temporary staff. The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, DoD requirements, and a remote work setup with a Monday–Friday schedule in ET.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• US citizenship required by DoD contract; cannot hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong Excel skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and HR to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies and maintain the HGB Position Tracking System.
• Manage relationship with contingent labor vendor and assist with special projects.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards and invoices.
