Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will participate in government audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor to meet temporary staffing needs. Remote work is supported; travel may be required for training or meetings.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of government contracts.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Participate in audits by Government agencies and manage the Position Tracking System.
• Maintain relationship with Humana Government Business contingent labor vendor.
• Screen and onboard temporary workers, verify training, and process timecards/invoices.
• Provide routine and ad hoc reports from staffing systems and payroll.
