Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this Department of Defense contract.
• Not authorized to hire candidates currently living in Puerto Rico per contract.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Excel: pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR requests and guide Payroll on SCA requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements and manage the Position Tracking System.
• Produce monthly staffing reports and support ad hoc reporting.
• Maintain relationship with the contingent labor vendor and advise leaders on temp staffing.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
• Assist Corporate Procurement in contract terms and vendor evaluation.
• Support special projects for the team.
