Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business with Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and developing staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will manage the Position Tracking System, interact with a contingent labor vendor, and assist with audits and reports. Remote work option with standard ET work hours.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by the DoD contract.
• Not authorized to hire candidates living in Puerto Rico.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HRBP information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with staffing data.
• Produce monthly reports on staffing and spending.
• Generate ad hoc reports from HR systems as needed.
• Maintain relationship with contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and efficiency of use.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards.
• Assist Corporate Procurement with vendor terms for government contracts.
• Support the team with special projects.
