Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to bridge Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and effective staffing models. You will manage the Position Tracking System, collaborate with the contingent labor vendor, and support audits and reporting.

Eligible for a bonus plan, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. The role is remote with potential travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• HGB is not authorized to hire in Puerto Rico by government contract.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Provide timely responses to requests for information from the HR Business Partners.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacant positions are posted in Workday in a timely manner.
• Work closely with HGB pricing team on the development of staffing models and labor cost proposals.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly reports on staffing levels and authorized positions.
• Support HGB by developing and issuing routine and ad hoc reports from relevant systems.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with HGB's contingent labor vendor.
• Consult with leaders on temporary staffing needs and guidance on contingent labor use.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and timecard approvals.
• Assist with contract terms development and vendor evaluation for government contracts.
