Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring compliance with government contracts and supporting staffing models and labor cost proposals.

You will participate in audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor. This remote role offers a 40-hour week and the potential for a bonus incentive plan.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship required due to DoD contract.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3 years of HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and HR to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with pricing on staffing model development.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate data.
• Produce the monthly staffing reports.
• Support the contingent labor vendor relationships and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Coordinate timecard approvals and vendor invoicing.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
