Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HR and payroll information requests.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Manage the Position Tracking System and generate monthly reports.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and approve timecards.
• Support vendor relationships and contract term evaluations.
