Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support a multinational client, leading cost management from early planning through execution. This remote role supports project managers and the real estate team across the enterprise, focusing on accurate budgets, risk mitigation, and value optimization.

You will leverage BIM, CostX, and RIB iTwo skills, coordinate with PMs, and ensure cost controls align with market conditions and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of cost estimating and management experience required.
• Knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Guide PMs with budgets based on project needs, procurement, codes and market conditions.
• Identify cost risks and mitigate with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed stages.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with GC when needed.
• Collaborate with PMs for project success and client growth targets.
